A valuer's eye on your funding submission
Most finance advisers come to development lending from broking. Sorren came to it from valuation and development — which changes how a deal is put together. Having assessed property values and worked through development itself, the person packaging your submission understands exactly what a valuer will question and what a credit committee needs to see resolved.
That is the core of BluCow Capital's approach: every transaction is built as a credit-ready funding paper, with the assumptions stress-tested before the deal goes to market.

Experience
Sorren founded BluCow Capital after more than 20 years across property valuation, real estate and lending. He spent a decade as a registered valuer with Herron Todd White, CBRE and Charter Keck Cramer, assessing residential and commercial developments up to $100 million, before moving into finance and mortgage broking. That valuation background — reading feasibility studies and credit metrics the way a lender's team does — now underpins how BluCow structures and assesses development finance.
